Mud Run

August 15, 2015. HUTTON was well represented in the Chattanooga Mud Run, an annual 5k obstacle course to benefit Habitat for Humanity. HUTTON's four teams, Alice and Mudderland, Dirt Horse, The Nags, and Dirty Deeds certainly took one for the HUTTON supporters on the side lines. HUTTON is proud to join hands with Habitat for Humanity in 2015 and this is just the beginning of our relationship.

United Way

August 14, 2015. True to HUTTON's Philanthropic spirit, our annual United Way Campaign kicked off with a beach party that included, a corn hole tournament, a company luncheon , raffled off prizes, and interesting beach attire. We raised over $1400 dollars to add to our campaign total that will end Dec 31, 2015. In this photo, Gabby Cader, Pete Johnson, and Debbie Scott, a part of our Legal Team, are basking under a beautiful Key West sunset. Congratulations to Buddy Eubanks and Chris Richards, winners of our Corn Hole Tournament.

July 27, 2015. HUTTON has announced Buddy Eubanks move to Vice President of Organizational Development. Buddy joined HUTTON in 2011 as Vice President of Real Estate; however, his organizational skills and ability to develop effective processes became an asset that our Executives realized would be beneficial to the entire company and in keeping with the philosophies of our clients. We welcome Buddy's focus on HUTTON's internal and external procedures and we know we will be even more successful because of this exciting and strategic move.

Bob Elliott Announcement

July 27, 2015. Bob Elliott has become the Vice President of Development after leading construction for several years. HUTTON will be utilizing his strengths in Development and Management to take our HUTTON Development Team to even higher levels of success. Bob understands the importance of the relationship between construction and development and is the perfect one to foster and coordinate the necessary communication required to optimize effective communication. Held at the Lookout Mountain Golf and Country Club, Kate Sims, Christine Anderson, Lizzie Glascock and Casey Fletcher (not pictured above) represented the women of HUTTON well while playing with their coworkers, Will Casey, Evan Conder and Todd Kimling. The Chattanooga Girls Leadership Academy (CGLA) is a premier all-girls Charter school that focuses on providing a great education to inner city female students and it is also a primary philanthropic focus of HUTTON. Brian Hennessy Joins the HUTTON Team, March 2nd 2015

Brian comes to HUTTON with great experience as our Single Tenant Real Estate Team is excited about the skills he brings to the table. Brian graduated from American University with a B.S. in Business Administration (Marketing) and a Master of Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School. He was recently an Acquisition Manager for an International Grocer, locating and acquiring market sites for construction of free-standing grocery stores. Brian also has vast experience in Real Estate Banking and financial analysis of the Real Estate market. HUTTON is honored that he has joined our Team.

Jason Geraci Promoted to Director of Development, March 1st, 2015

Jason Geraci has been promoted to the Director of Development. Jason joined Hutton Construction, Inc. as a Sr. Estimator and was assigned to HUTTON Grocery Anchored development projects. Matt Neihaus Promoted to Director of Estimating, January 1st, 2015

Matt Niehaus has been with Hutton Construction, Inc. several years and has recently been promoted to Director of Estimating. Matt has taken estimating by force in bidding and estimating our Big Box Tenants, including Belk Department Stores. His success has been highly noted and his promotion is well deserved. Corporate Philanthropist of the Year - November 18th, 2014

Karen Hutton proudly accepted the Corporate Philanthropist of the Year Award for 2014 on November, 18th to a sold out room of philanthropic minded individuals. Karen expanded on the idea that the DNA and the culture of HUTTON is to give and our goal in giving is to make sure that our community experiences the successes that we all experience working for such a great company. Philip Augustino Announcement

September 8, 2014. Welcome Philip Augustino to HUTTON! Philip is Hutton Construction's Chief Operating Officer and we are thrilled to have him join our TEAM. Philip will be directly overseeing specific construction projects while mentoring a construction team of over 100 members. He comes with over 35 years of experience in the construction world and a B.S. Degree from Middle Tennessee State University. Welcome Philip as we are so fortunate to have him on board.

The Jordan Thomas Golf Tournament

September 30th, 2014. HUTTON believes strongly in the mission of the Jordan Thomas Foundation and for the last 4 years, we have teamed up our best golfers and many of our clients to play this annual event. Thanks to Ben Mingle and his team consisting of Phillip McCutchen (Regions Bank), Thomas Hammel (Meryl Lynch) and Eric Staton (PNC), HUTTON brought home the 1st place trophy. The Jordan Thomas Foundation, inspired by Jordan Thomas, provides prosthetics to children who are not able to obtain them due to financial limitations. Dragon Boat Race - May 3rd, 2014

HUTTON had the honor of participating in the 2014 Dragon Boat Race to raise money for the T.C. Thompson Children's Hospital. HUTTON's Team came in 4th place out of 38 boats and won 1st place in the Corporate Giving, raising $19,000. Team Members included Debbie Scott (Drummer), Rachael Podhorn, Catherine Long, Karen Hutton, Matt Phillips, Scott Turk, Sam Susen, Garrett McBryde, Lizzie Glascock, Nancy Braud, Kelly Johnson, Bridget Nation, Becky Ginder, Matt Elliott, Oliver Perdomo, and Brett Gregory.
