Brad serves as both Director of Business Development and Real Estate Counsel for HUTTON. Brad connects people naturally and is an integrated thinker when it comes to developing strategies for the future. As Director of Business Development, he is always helping businesses learn about the ways HUTTON could be a fantastic game changer by expanding their number of locations and geographic footprint rapidly. As Real Estate Counsel, Brad has overseen hundreds of millions of dollars in acquisitions and dispositions. Brad directs HUTTON’s 1031 Exchange strategy as well. Before coming to HUTTON, Brad spent years working successfully at one of the largest law firms in the south. With his diverse background, Brad adds a wealth of knowledge to the HUTTON team and provides a unique perspective that draws on both business and legal experience. Brad comes to us from Arkansas, where we graduated from Arkansas State University with a B.A. in Philosophy before obtaining his law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Brad also has a master’s degree in Conflict Management from Lipscomb University.
