Construction

BerryHutton is a team of two companies that parallel resources together to form one great company. Together we have built more than 15 million square feet and are a licensed general contractor in 44 states plus Puerto Rico.

Development

We execute single tenant, multi-tenant, shopping center, QSR, car wash, convenience store, medical, multi-family, and self-storage development projects for a nationally recognized client base.

Leasing

Our focus is building relationships and enhancing value for our clients by working with brokerage companies to keep us dialed in to each market as we meet our tenants needs.

Property Management

Our property and asset management teams manage over 3.5 million square feet of 225 properties in 34 states and are great at pivoting with challenges in the markets.
