Joe Uhler joined HUTTON in early 2020 as Director of Real Estate. He has been involved in commercial real estate and development immediately out of college bringing 15+ years of experience immersed in all sides of the business including brokerage, large franchisee development and construction, corporate real estate, and third-party development. Prior to joining HUTTON, Joe spent several years at a large grocery and convenience store chain in a real estate acquisition and development capacity and most recently worked for Armstrong Development Properties focusing his work on national and franchisee single tenant development. In this role with HUTTON, he is focused on growing the development presence in the Northeast markets including the footprint of the ModWash format. Joe is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and remains locally based in the city. In his free time, he enjoys backpacking, tennis, golf, and has an unhealthy obsession with fishing.
